Description
Gautam Buddha was born in Lumbini, Nepal around 563 BC. He was a spiritual teacher and the founder of Buddhism, one of the most popular religions in the world. He was born a prince and was raised with great privilege and luxury, but he left this life behind when he was 29 years old to pursue spiritual enlightenment. He spent the next 6 years of his life in meditation and contemplation, and during this time he developed his unique teachings of the Four Noble Truths and the Eightfold Path. Through his teachings, he taught people to live a moral life, free from suffering and to find true happiness. He also taught his followers the path of non-violence, compassion and love for all living things. Gautam Buddha spent the remaining 45 years of his life travelling, teaching and spreading his message. He attracted many followers and established a monastic community. He also established a code of discipline for his monks, which is still followed today. Gautam Buddha died at the age of 80, but his teachings continue to be followed by millions of people around the world. He is remembered as the founder of Buddhism and one of the most influential spiritual figures in history.
Buddha and Yoga Meditation is a combination of two ancient practices for connecting one’s mind and body. Buddha meditation is based on the teachings of Siddhartha Gautama, the founder of Buddhism. It involves sitting in a comfortable position, closing your eyes, and focusing on your breath. This helps to clear the mind and bring one’s awareness to the present moment. Yoga meditation is based on the ancient form of physical and mental practice. It includes various postures and breathing techniques to help bring the body and mind into a state of relaxation and focus. By combining these two practices, practitioners are able to experience a deeper level of inner peace and serenity.

"The mind is everything. What you think you become."
"There is no path to happiness: happiness is the path."
"To keep the body in good health is a duty... otherwise we shall not be able to keep our mind strong and clear."
"No one saves us but ourselves. No one can and no one may. We ourselves must walk the path."
"The only real failure in life is not to be true to the best one knows."
